FII instructors and facilities operate their own independent businesses; therefore, you must reschedule your course and communicate about specific classes with your instructor directly. You can locate the instructor’s contact information in your course registration confirmation email, or you can find contact information on our website.

Please bear in mind that all F.I.I. Instructors and F.I.I. Facilities worldwide are independent business entities and while they are all using the same F.I.I. training methods and adhere to the same standards and quality assurance they may differ in their pricing policies.
